Abstract
This paper attempts to explain the relationship between Jews in Medina and the Prophet Muhammad, thus influencing the political development carried out by the Prophet. Relations between Jews and the Prophet Muhammad experienced differences in terms of political interests ehich resulted in disharmony. In this paper will be discussed about the contribution of Jews in Mecca to the teachings of Islam. It was inseparable from the role of person who cared for the Prophet since childhood, Abdul Muttalib and Abu Talib as the successors of the great ideals of the Quraysh ancestors to master the Quraysh sovereignty. In this paper will also be discussed about Jewish relations in Media with the politics of the Prophet.

Abstrak
Tulisan ini berusaha memaparkan hubungan antara Yahudi di Madinah dengan Nabi Muhammad sehingga mempengaruhi perkembangan politik yang dijalankan Nabi. Relasi antara orang-orang Yahudi dan Nabi Muhammad mengalami perbedaan dalam hal kepentingan politik yang berakibat pada adanya disharmoni. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas mengenai kontribusi Yahudi di Mekkah terhadap ajaran agama Islam. Hal itu tidak lepas dari peran orang yang mengasuh Nabi sejak kecil, Abdul Muthalib dan Abu Thalib sebagai penerus cita-cita besar nenek moyang bangsa Quraish untuk menguasai daulat Quraish.
