This study entails when Al-Suy\u016bt\u0323\u012b applied those eight forms of syara\u1e25 in tafsir surah al-M\u0101\u2019idah ayat 3 was paradoxically inconsistent. He modestly used tafs\u012br al-gar\u012bb and bay\u0101n ikhtl\u0101f riw\u0101y\u0101t al\u0101 al-qillah, while at the same tme benefted linguistc, normatve-theology, historicity as approach as well as respected a syara\u1e25 writng method called qauluhu. In order to equivocate from plagiarizing al-Minh\u0101j, this paper views that al-Suy\u016bt\u0323\u012b intentonally had furthered his work with ijm\u0101l\u012b method. This is how he judiciously amazed his reader.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Abstrak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makalah ini mempelajari tentang metode syara\u1e25 hadis yang digunakan oleh al-Suy\u016bt\u012b di dalam bukunya alD\u012bb\u0101j. Al-Suy\u016bt\u0323\u012b menggunakan delapan bentuk syara\u1e25 pada kitab al-D\u012bb\u0101j: D\u0323ab\u1e6d al-alf\u0101\u1e93, tafs\u012br al-gar\u012bb, bay\u0101n ikhtl\u0101f riw\u0101y\u0101t al\u0101 al-qillah, ziy\u0101dah f khabr lam tarid lahu t\u0323ar\u012bquhu, tasm\u012byah al-mubham, i\u2018r\u0101b al-musykil, jam\u2018u baina al-mukhtalaf, dan \u012bd\u0101\u1e25 mubham. AlSuy\u016bt\u0323\u012b tdak konsisten menerapkan kedelapan bentuk syara\u1e25 tersebut terkait penafsiran surah. Al-Suy\u016bt\u0323\u012b hanya menggunakan tafs\u012br al-gar\u012bb dan bay\u0101n ikhtl\u0101f riw\u0101y\u0101t al\u0101 al-qillah, dengan pendekatan linguistk, teologi-normatf, dan historis, serta mengikut pola metode penulisan syara\u1e25 qauluhu.
