The <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">mutta<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e63<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">i al-sanad <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">hadith might be claimed a probable <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e63<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">ahih <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">when it is examined with <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">al-jar<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e25 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">wa al-ta\u2019d\u012bl. <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">In line to that, the <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">mutta<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e63<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">i al-sanad <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">might be also questioned about the linked riwayat to Nabi (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">marf\u016b\u2019<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">), as there were also some hadith which linked the <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">sanad <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">to <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">sahabat <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">(<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">mauq\u016bf<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">) or <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">tabi\u2019in <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">(<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">maq<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e6d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">\u016b\u2019<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">). And so does to the term fake hadith within ilmu <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">al-Mu<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e63\u1e6d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">ala<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e25 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">al-<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e24<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">ad\u012b<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e61 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">which is called <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">mau<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u1e0d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">\u016b\u2019<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">. This paper then starts to problematize why it is so important to study the level of fake hadith while at the same time a counter statement says that it came from a concept brought by former ulama and agreed by most today\u2019s ulama. In another part, this paper argues that the term itti<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e63<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u0101l al- sanad may be applied or contextualized in daily life, specifically within educational concern as long as academia within this study elaborate a broader scope, such as both <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">matan <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">and <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">sanad <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">field of study.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><strong>Abstrak<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Kajian tentang kualitas sanad hadis memang sangat luas sehingga berimplikasi pada munculnya istilah <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">itti<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e63<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u0101l <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">dan <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">inqi<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e6d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u0101\u2019al-sanad. <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Hadis yang memiliki sanad bersambung belum tentu sahih jika diuji dengan ilmu <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">al-jar<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e25 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">wa al-ta\u2019d\u012bl<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">. Selain itu, hadis yang sanadnya bersambung belum tentu bisa dikatakan periwayatannya sampai kepada Nabi saw. (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">marf\u016b\u2019<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">), tetapi ada juga hadis yang sanadnya bersambung sampai kepada sahabat (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">mauq\u016bf<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">) dan tabi\u2019in (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">maq<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e6d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u016b\u2019<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">). Demikian juga dengan istilah hadis palsu yang dalam <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Ilmu Mu<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e63\u1e6d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">ala<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e25 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">al-<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e24<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">ad\u012b<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e61 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">disebut <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">mau<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e0d<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u016b\u2019<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">. Makalah ini memulai dari pertanyaan mengapa perlu ada derajat hadis yang disebut palsu? Itu hanya istilah yang terdapat dalam kitab-kitab ulama terdahulu yang kemudian diwarisi secara turun temurun sampai sekarang. Bahkan semua istilah yang terkait dengan hadis merupakan kreasi atau hasil produk pemikiran manusia yang bisa dikritisi atau <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">didiskusikan (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">q\u0101bilun lin niq\u0101sy wa al-tagy\u012br<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">). Selanjutnya istilah <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">itti<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle4\">\u1e63<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u0101lalsanad <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">bisa diaplikasikan atau dikontekstualisasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, atau lebih spesifiknya dalam dunia pendidikan (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">the world of education<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">).
